What documentation is required to officially book my treatment?

Before your visit to Mykonos we will ask you to send us the following documents to ensure a smooth and safe stay on our island:
  • Latest dialysis protocol
  • List of diagnoses
  • Current medication and dosage
  • Hepatitis B, C, or HIV serology
  • MRSA swab (not older than two months)

Do you accept European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) ?
A
Treatment is free for Dialysis patients from an EU/EFTA country who have a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). We would only need to have a copy of your valid EHIC card and a valid proof of identification (preferably your passport).

What happens if I am privately insured?
A
You will need to prepay for your treatments before arrival either via credit card or bank transfer. Please contact us at info@seadialysis.com for more information regarding the process.
